I'm Dr. Elizabeth Fleming. A business consultant, professor, podcast host, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping individuals and teams achieve personal growth and collective strength.

My journey has been all about embracing growth and helping others to do the same. After some pivotal moments and meaningful self-reflection, I decided to break free and live in a state of alignment. I'm passionate about creating a safe space for individuals and teams to challenge the status quo and empowering them to take life by the horns -- this was the guiding force behind the creation of Apidae Consulting.

With a Doctorate in Psychology from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, I’ve led projects that transform team performance and optimize learning experiences. I've always believed in giving back and, as a professor and HR/Talent Development leader, I'm always looking to find new ways to make growth fun and effective.
